REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

DO YOU DO WAlK-INS? DO YOU DO WALK-INS? No we do not offer Walk-In’s. Interviews are strictly by appointment only in our London Mayfair Office. The Recruitment team will not be able to see you if you arrive without proof of a pre-booked confirmed time slot.

IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN SEND MY PICTURES/CV TO? No.We adhere to Data Protection/GDPR guidelines and only accept applications via the online registration form. This keeps Personal Data protected and safer. Do not send photos or personal details via email.

IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN? There is no fee to join the Agency.

IS THERE A HEIGHT REQUIREMENT? MainBoard and Catwalk Departments require FEMALE 5ft 9 minimum and MALES 5ft 11 minimum. There are no height restrictions for the Commercial, Dance and Specialist Divisions. Our models have a strong commercial look and/or special skill. Acting experience is helpful. The ability to take direction and be professional at all times is a must for a Vision Model.

DO I NEED PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS? No- You do not need professional photos for your application. All registration images must be clear, with a good resolution in a jpg format. We recommend a Head Shot, Side Shot and Full Length, plus a make-up free ‘polaroid’/Selfie.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION? Yes- All applicants must be OVER 18 years old. Anyone under 18yrs old will not be considered by Vision Models.

DO YOU SCOUT MODELS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA? NO-We do NOT contact new models via Social Media or any online platforms. We do not use Scouts. Vision Models Ltd is not associated with any photographers, freelance scouts or Photographic/ Portfolio/ Platform agencies. If you have been contacted by an imposter, you can send the details to safe@visionmodels.co.uk, block them from contacting you and alert the social media platform immediately.

HOW LONG DOES REGISTRATION TAKE? Application reviews usually take between 3 – 4 weeks to be assessed. Due to the volume of applications we receive daily, our team are not able to directly contact individuals who have not been accepted to the Agency. If you have not heard from us within 3 months, please assume that your application has unfortunately not been successful with Vision Models.

Vision Models acts as Data Controller and adheres to GDPR Government guidelines and Data Protection Act 1988 and will only consider applications from the named person via our online secure protected Registration Form. We do not accept applications from 3rd parties.

*BEWARE OF IMPOSTERS AND FAKE SCOUTS*

Vision Models is committed to providing advice for all prospective and existing models and it is vital to be aware of your own online safety. There are certain cyber criminals/people/groups on the internet falsely claiming to be model ‘scouts’ or bookers from Vision Models, so to avoid scams, abuse or fraud it is important to note:

There is only ONE Official instagram account @visionmodels_ and ONE Facebook Business page @visionmodels.

We do not contact people via Instagram or Facebook/social media offering a position with the agency. If you are contacted from any account that is not @visionmodels_ it will be a fraudulent account and not from Vision Models. If they are asking for money, photos, personal data it will be and a scam/false/fraud/criminal. We advise that you block them immediately and report them to Instagram/Facebook/Threads/X/ YouTube etc and inform the Fraud Team and Police.
Vision Models does not have SNAPCHAT or TIKTOK so if you are contacted from someone pretending to be from our Agency, this will be a scam. Do not give them any of your information, block them immediately and report to the relevant Social Media and the Police.
Vision Models does not use model Scouts or external bookers. We do not contact models via Social Media with the offer of Agency Representation or jobs and we do not request images and do not request money to join the Agency. We do not offer portfolio images and do not know portfolio photographers.
We do not place job adverts looking for new models on Recruitment Job sites. If you see an advert on a job recruitment online site, it is not from Vision Models.
The only way to apply to Vision Models is via this secure online application form: if someone is suggesting a different way to apply or that you send your photos to their email or via social media, they will not be from Vision Models and are an fake profile.
We never request nude, Lingerie or implied Nude Photographs- if someone is requesting these images from you, they will be an imposter and not associated with Vision Models so be very careful. If this occurs it is recommended that you block the person immediately and report the person to the Social Media Provider (i.e Messenger/ Instagram/Facebook/Whatsapp/Snapchat, TikTok etc) with full report details or to the relevant Authorities.
